Vaccine Ingredients
In addition to the live, attenuated or inactive virus, pathogen or toxoid, the Influenza (Fluzone) Quadrivalent vaccine contains the following ingredients:
- egg protein
- octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton X-100)
- sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium chloride
- sucrose
- thimerosal (multi-dose vials)
