Vaccine Ingredients
In addition to the live, attenuated or inactive virus, pathogen or toxoid, the Polio (IPV – Ipol) vaccine contains the following ingredients:
- African Green Monkey kidney (Vero) cells
- calf bovine serum
- Eagle MEM modified medium
- formaldehyde
- M-199 without calf bovine serum
- neomycin
- phenoxyethanol
- polymyxin B
- streptomycin
