Vaccine Ingredients
In addition to the live, attenuated or inactive virus, pathogen or toxoid, the Japanese Encephalitis (Ixiaro) vaccine contains the following ingredients:
- aluminum hydroxide
- calf bovine serum
- formaldehyde
- host cell DNA
- host cell protein
- protamine sulfate
- sodium metabisulphite
