In addition to the live, attenuated or inactive virus, pathogen or toxoid, the Rotavirus (Rotarix) vaccine contains the following ingredients:
- amino acids
- calcium carbonate
- dextran
- Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium
- sorbitol
- sterile water
- sucrose
- xanthan
